Tā tā, atkal jau ilgs laiciņš pagājis un atkal miljoniem lietiņu notikušas. Pirmām kārtām, visi esam devušies praksē. Pavadījām pēdējās 2 lekciju nedēļas St.Pēterburgā. Vienā no no tām Kellijs mācīja par kristieša atbildību sabiedrībā, duālismu un to cik svarīgi nest pasaulei valstības evaņģēliju, ne tikai glābšanas un vel visu ko citu. Arī šī nedēļa lika domāt vairāk un plašāk. Pēdējā nedēļa mums bija sagatavošanās nedēļa praksei, jo pasniedzējs nedabūja vīzu, bet neskatoties uz to, ka nenotika lietas tā kā bija plānots, Dievs tāpat dara savu darbu un ar Viņu neko nevaram pazaudēt :)
Un tad, sakravājām somas, un 30h vilcienā. Godīgi, gaidīju, ka būs grūtāks tas laiks. Bet man jau vispār patīk vilcieni. Mūsu pirmā vietiņa praksei ir Perma. Neko daudz jau par šo vietu nevaru jums pastāstīt, jo esmu bijusi tikai vienu reizi draudzē (kam dievkalpojumi notiek TIK skaistā ēkā, gandrīz kā teātrī ar balkoniņiem un skatuvi), JAM bāzē, tuvējā pārtikas veikalā un kalniņā :) Bet man arī šeit patīk. Bija dīvaini ierasties šeit tieši dienu pirms Ziemassvētkiem. Un pats dīvainākais, ka neviens nesvin Ziemassvētku vakaru, ko dara latvieši. Krieviem Ziemassvētki vel tikai būs janvāra sākumā, tāpēc turpinām gatavoties visādām svētku lietiņām un pasākumiem un pārējie svinēja 1.Ziemassvētkus, bet vienalga jocīgi. Bez piparkūkām, krieviem pat nav vārda piparkūkas! Un arī mandarīni nav tādi kā pie mums. Un bija jocīgi, bija grūti un nedaudz vientuļi, jo šie bija pirmie man tādi kaut kur prom un vienai. Bet tad pēc nelielas atpūtas un svētkiem sākās mūsu prakses lietiņām. Principā ir trīs galvenās kalpošanas - izsalkušo pabarošana, bērnu kalošana, un kalpošana hospisā - slimnīca vēža slimniekiem. Ar izsalkušo pabarošanu man iet tik ļoti smieklīgi, man ir krievu draugi baigie :) sieva un vīrs, kuri katru dienu jautā un meklē mani un šodien teica, ka ja es nebūšot, viņi nenāks, mīlīgi un reizē jocīgi :) Vakar devāmies uz netālo lauku ciematu - Divije, pie 10 bērnu ģimenes. Salūza mašīna un iestigām kupenā. Bet tur redzēju tādu Krieviju, kādu patiesībā es arī gaidīju.
Nu tā, īstenībā darba ir ļoti daudz, un Permas jam bāze, manās acīs ir tāda ritīgi vieta un cilvēki ar kalpojošām sirdīm, un tā pa visiem 100%. 9.janvārī, ja nemaldos, dosimies tālāk uz Borodino. Un tur jau atkal būs jauni piedzīvojumi ar Dievu. Bet pagaidām, izbaudu tās lietiņas, ko varu darīt šeit.
Un vel, es vēlreiz gribu tev teikt, rūpējies par tiem kas ārā un par tiem kas tev blakus. Novērtē un izbaudi to ko Dievs tev devis! Viņš tev devis TIK daudz!
First of all, We all went to the outreach. We spent the last 2 weeks of lectures in St. Petersburg. In one of them Kelly taught about Christian responsibility in society, dualism and the importance of the bringing kindom gospel not only the gospel of salvation and many other things. In the last week of lectures we had a week of preparation for outreach, because teacher did not get a visa, but in spite of the fact that things did not happen as planned, God is still doing His job and we can not miss anything together with Him :)
And then we packed our bags, and spent 30h in the train. Honestly, I expected that it will be harder than it was. But maybe I just like trains too much in general. :) Our first place of outreach is in a place called Perm. There is nothing much what I can tell you about this place, because I've been only once in the church (which services are held in such a beautiful building, almost like a theater with balconies and stage), YWAM base, i the nearest store and on the hill :) But I like here too. It was strange to come here day before Christmas. And most strangest that noone celebrates Christmas Eve, except Latvians. Russians Christmas still to come in early January, so we continue to preparing for that. But other scelebrated what we call - 1st. Christmas, thats why we celebrated them too. So wierd becaus we hadn't gingerbread, the Russians do not even have the word gingerbread! And the mandarins are not like ours. And it was difficult, it was hard and a little lonely, because these were the first Christmaas which i celebrated somewhere away and alone. But then, after a little rest and celebration we began our outreach things. There are three main service - Feeding the hungry, children ministry and hospice - a hospital for cancer patients. The feeding of the hungry is so funny, I have Russian friends :) The wife and husband, who wonders every day and are looking for me, and they said today that if I am not, they will not come, lovely and funny at the same time :) Yesterday we went to the nearby village - Divije, to the 10 children family. Machine broke and stuck int snow. And there I saw a Russia that I thouth it will look like. There is a lot of work, and Perm base, in my eyes is really a place and people who are serving with all of the heart, with all 100%. January 9, I think, we will go on to Borodino. And there will be a new adventures with God. But now i'm enjoying all theese things what we can do here!And once again I want to tell you, take care of them who ar away and also for those who are near to you. Valuate and enjoy all that what God has given to you! He has given you so much!
